It's true! MyView and PayPoint are finally in Beta Testing. We installed the software on two sites. We have already started making changes to improve the product after the initial shake down by our customers. They should be available later this summer for everyone else.
Online Help
We have also now made the Help files for version 31 available either for download and it's available online at our Tech Support website. The download version is not ready for integration with the software yet but can be run standalone from your desktop.
AP Aging Report
We are also working on the AP Aging Report and it should be available for download from the reports section at our Tech Support website later this week.
YouTube Channel
David Peralta has created 75 new videos that cover the new features in version 31. You can find these on YouTube. Visit our YouTube channel today. You can find the link in the Support section of our web site.

We Are Getting There
I am sure you share my sentiment that we should be a lot further along with MyView and PayPoint. The reasons we are behind is not as important as getting this project done right. These applications are not going to be used by your staff they are going to be used by your customers. I understand the importance of that. These applications are going to reflect directly upon you and I am insuring they are done right the first time. We are taking some extra steps with these applications. I am doing extended alpha testing and customer reviews before even releasing the beta version of the applications. That is why the project has been delayed. Each of you have your own business model you follow and we must make sure the MyView & PayPoint will fit those models.
The sticking point we have been having is with the way open invoices are displayed and how they are paid. At first I included the unallocated receipts in the equation but found out through customer review that this was not right. Most unallocated receipts reflect deposits on projects you are doing for a customer and the invoice hasn't been posted yet. Therefore, unallocated receipts won't be considered in the PayPoint process.
Some of you want the customer to be able to partial pay or over pay an invoice if they so desire and others simply want their customer to select the invoices they wish to pay. So... I have come up with two options for the Open Invoice selection screen.
Option 1 will allow your customer to simply select which invoices they wish to pay by placing a check mark on those invoices. The program will default having ALL unpaid invoices checked and your customer will be allowed uncheck those they don't wish to pay.

The second option will allow your customers to change amount they wish to pay for each invoice. This amount may be less than, equal to or greater than the amount due on the invoice. If your customer chooses to over pay an invoice the amount over paid will be posted as an unallocated receipt. You will be required to allocate the amount over paid through the Millennium software. The program will default the amount to paid to the amount due on the invoice.

You will be able to choose which option you desire at the time of install. If you wish to change the option later it can be done but will require changing the Open Invoice selection program on your web server. Both versions will be provided but only one will be activated for your implementation of PayPoint.
So where are we?
Now that we have determined the entry screens that will be used I am now going to finish the post program. Once that is done I will conduct one last customer review to see if we are ready for beta testing. This customer review will be done through a webinar and all Micro Key Solutions customers may participate. This should occur in the next three weeks. The date and time of this review will be announced in the near future. If you would like to participate be sure you are either a fan of our Facebook page or following us on Twitter. I will announce the date and time of the Customer Review through these two mediums. Visit our Blog, Facebook and Twitter page of our web site to get connected. http://socnet.microkey.com/
I would like to thank all those that of participated in the review of these new applications thus far. I truly feel these products will be better thanks to all your help.
